Weather in-game

This is about the weather in-game
Why can't you make it rain? Rain in-game is fun; all the other servers have rain
And make it double exp in when it rains in-game ^^

First off the rain only gives exp if we put it to make exp, second off you don't need it cause its not programed to give extra exp its just a waste of time exspecialy when we do not even need it on this server the EXP is already high enough that the players can level to max in seconds so why bother even puting it in?

Well, true, but I just want the rain even though you program it to give exp or not.. Rain is fun o_o
